I ordered the knob, and paid for 3 day shipping.  7 days went by and no shifter.  I called and left a message early one morning. About a hour later I received a call stating they believe it got lost in shipping and they would send me one out and over night it at their cost!  And they did!  It arrived next day!  Very pleased with the customer service!  They corrected and went above and beyond!
